A: All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

A: We accept  PayPal as a payment method, it's one of fastest and secured services out there. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

 

Q: HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact support@outerluxe.com  and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

 

Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

A: Delivery will generally take 10-15 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the courier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance, or transportation delay caused by courier service.

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: As soon as your package has been shipped out from our warehouse, we will email your tracking number with a tracking link. You can enter the tracking number is “Track your order” page to track your package instantly.

 

Q: WHY DON'T I SEE THE TRACKING INFORMATION AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT?

A: Please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking number to update in the system after the package has been shipped out.
